PCYC STATEMENT OF PURPOSE In the knowledge that we all are fuller of faults than we can imagine, and in an effort to create a society in which these faults may flourish or be diminished according to each individual desire, we form the PERCHE CREEK YACHT CLUB as an organ of philosophical inquiry and social benevolence, and as a facility for sharing the intelligence of carefully selected individuals. Any benefit which may accrue from this sharing of information shall be for the benefit of all on both banks of the Perche. May 14, 1989
